3. Estimates & Pricing

Final pricing may vary based on property condition, accessibility, scope changes, or additional services requested.

We reserve the right to revise pricing prior to service commencement.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment is due prior to or upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may require deposits for certain services.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, ACH, or other approved methods.

Failure to submit payment may result in service cancellation or collections.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Weather-related rescheduling is permitted at our discretion.
